打磨翻新注意事项
Sanding & Refinishing Tips
- 并非所有地板皆可多次打磨： 实木通常可 3–5 次；复合取决于表层厚度（一般 1–2 次）。
- Not all floors allow many resands: Solid: ~3–5; engineered depends on wear layer (often 1–2).
- 施工前清洁腾空： 清除灰尘杂物，保证打磨均匀。
- Prep matters: Clear & clean space to ensure even sanding.
- 砂纸粒度顺序： 由粗到细，再抛光与涂层固化。
- Abrasive sequence: Coarse→fine, then polish & proper cure time.
- 养护期： 涂层固化前避免重度拖拽与湿拖。
- Curing: Avoid heavy drag and wet mopping until fully cured.
